Horizon Fitness Club Series Treadmill CST3 motorized &
folds up

Had
best of fitness intentions, but this treadmill has only been lightly used since
we bought it used in December 2008. Everything works great. This was a $700 or
$800 treadmill when it was sold new in stores. It has a new lower motor control
board, which is a $200-$300 part depending on which website you check.

Horizon's
CST3 treadmill showcases a 2.0HP continuous duty motor which delivers superior
power and performance, and has the power to sustain speeds of up to 10 miles
per hour. The SMARTboard™ electronic console incorporates an easy-to-read LCD
window, intuitive quick keys, 6 pre-programmed workouts, and it helps you keep
track of everything from speed to calories burned. The treadmill also includes
a COMFORTzone™ Belt and Deck System.

The
running deck folds up for storage, and has a great automatic locking thing that
securely holds the deck up when you fold it up. Just step on the lever to
unlock it, similar to stepping on the handle lock switch on a vacuum, and you
can lower the deck again. It doesn't fall back down, it holds itself in
position -- which is also very useful for vacuuming under it, just raise the
deck a little bit, it holds itself there, and you can push the vacuum under it
easily.

I
really enjoyed this treadmill when I used it. It feels like a good, sturdy
machine. I also liked the features and functions, I just don't use it enough to
justify keeping it anymore. I find that I enjoy bicycling better and usually
end up on the stationery bike instead of the treadmill. So it is looking for a
new home!

It
has a safety tether that clips to your shirt and you insert the other end into
the console, but we unplugged that safety feature so the treadmill could be
used without the safety tether. If you prefer to use that feature, my husband
can easily turn it back on. Since I didn't use the safety tether, it got put
away somewhere and I am still looking for it to include with this sale, but if
I can't find it you can buy another one cheaply. I just saw a few on eBay for
around $20 including shipping. Here is a link to one I found:

Please
browse the owner's manual (link is pasted in below) to see all the different
programmed workouts and features. It has the usual water bottle holders and
reading rack. It also has heart rate monitor pads on the handles, onboard
three-speed fan, AirCell technology running deck for cushioning, and
preprogrammed workouts including User Program that you can use to set up your
own workout.

you don't have a vehicle large enough to hold the treadmill to take it home,
we'd be happy to load it in our minivan and deliver it to you up to 150 miles away from zip code 37363. And unless gas prices have dropped dramatically by the time this treadmill sells, delivery and handling charges would be:
