This unit is from a fitness facility that closed at the beginning of October 2011. It is in good working condition and is very clean. Serious buyers only, please email with any questions. Located north of Dallas, TX about 40 miles in Bonham, TX.

Purchase terms: 7% service fee, on top of selling price will be due at end of auction. A 27% non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of auction end. Pickup within 2 week of auction ending and cash preferred with final payment to the owner once final inspection has been made at pickup.
